Day 1 Nairobi-Masai Mara Park
Depart for Masai Mara driving south along the valley floor. You will pass changing landscapes of the city to dryer Savanna. As you enter the park you will see Zebra Giraffe and Antelope as you check in for lunch. After lunch you have game drive where you will see among others Lion, Elephant, Cheetah and variety of birdlife. Return to Ollare Safari Camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 2 Masai Mara Park
Early Morning Game Drive returning for lunch; Masai Mara experiences the world's largest migratory spectacle of plain game, which starts in Serengeti in May, arrives in Masai Mara at the end of July. After lunch drive to Mara River to view the Migrating Wildebeest and fellow Zebra. Herds of game led by the wildebeest start to move to new grazing grounds. Hundreds of thousands of zebras use the wildebeest as water and grazing diviners. The herds move northwards from Serengeti, followed by the predators and scavengers such as lions, hyenas, jackals, and hunting dogs on the watch for animals weakened by the long trek. Overhead, vultures, the vision of corruption, circle and wait. Afternoon game drive; meals and overnight at Ollare Safari Camp.
Day 3 Masai Mara
Early game drive for extensive game viewing at this animal sanctuary. Return for breakfast and there after to hippo point. After lunch drive to the Mara River to witness this captivating Migration spectacle as the animals plunge themselves into the crocodile infested river. Some optional cultural excursion to the neighboring Masai homesteads is planned for the evening. Return to the Ollare Safari Camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 4 Masai Mara-Nairobi
After breakfast, depart for Nairobi to arrive in the early afternoon. This evening enjoy a farewell dinner at the carnivore restaurant before taking your evening departure flight.
